Bossman got a much much better deal here.
I know they both add up to 421 but that doesn't mean anything. Moving up from the 5th round to the 3rd round is much much much more valuable than moving up from the 12th round to the 10th round.

I don't see it that way, instead of getting some scrub in the 12 round I can get a real gem in the 10 round, and I can also get to solid players in the 5th round.

Yeaa i got 2 12 round picks.. So basically my team won't be as deep as yours but i'll have a better starting line up.. You'll be like Dallas.. i'll be like New jersey
