I think if they keep playing like this, we will win the wild card

yea im trying not to gett too excited in case they then flop, but lets hope they can make it in, do y'all think we have the consistent pitching needed to make it to the playoffs, obviously we got Halladay who is hype, and Lidle was doing good, hopefully Escobar can continue to do good as well, our bats our hot, but solid pitching will be what takes us to the next level......

i think it also depends how the yankees and red sox end up doing they're good teams with experienced players...the jays may be a young team that may not be able to hold up a top place in their division...but then again oakland was able to do it...if we continue like this i think we'll be good to make it...but the battle with those two teams is most important...there's a stretch of about 12 games with bos and ny before and after the allstar break that you have to watch..it can really determine who makes the playoffs

And to think, the Jays have been batting like this without two of their best. I wonder what will happen when Stewart and Hinske get back from injury.
But, of course, it will all come down to pitching. Particularly their bullpen. Their starters seem to be sorting themselves out, but the bullpen is still really, really shaky.

I believe that the Blue Jays will come close to making the playoffs but will come short within the last few of the season...But they'll finish with a very good record, maybe 70-90 wins (fingers crossed), yet still a very successful season seeing as how coming in we werent even supposed to be close to contending at this point in the season...
