OT: How bout them Jays??
Hey Halladay got his 11th straight today and made front of espn.com
Jays are past Boston now and are close to the Yankees, hopefully this pitching can hold up cuz we alrdy got the offense. Now whenever the Jays game is on, I expect to see them in front, its almost like they can barely lose.....

Yup, the Jays kick ***...Their offense is just clicking and now we have 3 quality starters in Lidle, Escobar and Halladay...If we can get another arm in that rotation by trade deadline we'll be there in the playoffs...
On a side note, I hate the Blue Jay bandwagoners who jump on and off of the bandwagon every other day...Like I remember when they played the Cards in interleague play and were swept and everyone was telling me that the Jays blow....Next thing they know, the Jays come back and win 6 of the next 7 games....
People have got to believe in this team!!! They are going places!!! We have grown leaps and bounds from where we were 2 years ago and since JP has been brought in, hes really turned the franchise around...
JP for MLB Exec of the Year!!!

now lets trade Shannon Stewart and Doug Davis for a good left-handed starter, like Buerhle, Lilly or Ishii
Stewart was bound to leave anyway, we cant pay him what he wants
keep Reed Johnson and start him for the rest of the year, the offense is clicking with him leading off, and you dont mess with success...if he struggles, bring up a kid like Wert, Rios, Griffin or Gross

yea i agree, Stewart should be traded, we'd be cutting payroll and the team wouldnt really suffer much, Hendrickson would be an ideal 5th starter, so all we need is that 4th starter and our rotation is set, we also could use maybe one more solid bullpen arm.....

Yeah I agree, Cliff Politte is doing well as a closer but we need a better set up man in the 8th inning. I was watching the Jays game the other day against the expos where lopez loaded the bases in the 8th and eventually politte came in and gave up a 3 run homer to lose the game. That's not going to get it done. We should've kept loaiza, dude's competing for the all-star starting job against Halladay this season. Imagine if we kept him in our rotation.

On that note, JPR is planning to trade Lidle at the deadline, Hendrickson will be dumped to Syracuse soon, Davis is lucky Wells, and Delgado have 40 Hrs, and 150 rbis
