this is awesome news. the jays have one of the best if not THE best young teams in the league. Im pumped about the future...all we need to do is add a couple more solid starting pitchers.

I thought he deserved but he killed Loaiza who was second. Anyways in a year if we still have Halladay, our trio of young pitchers (Arnold, McGowan and Bush) should be in the big league and finally we will have some pitching. Too bad we dont have money to spend on a free agent like Millwood.

Jays are getting better, they have a solid core with halladay, Wells, Delgado, they have good young players Frank C. Reed Jhonson.
To get the fans back they have to upgrade skydome, it needs a major face lift.
first step get rid of the astroturf and get grass, the kind tampa does or look at nfl teams that have indoor stadiums that have it, Lions Hybrid grass,
Then reduce capacity add stuff to make the stadium look more modern maybe in the upper deck a long board painting of Joe Carter, David Winfield, Alomar, Olrud when they were jays players from the 92-93 era.
Make something or add something in the areas where the seats are covered upper deck 500 level just permanantly remove them and put something there, maybe a hot tub/swimming pool or a garden on both sides.
