What attracted you to the job in Toronto?

Mitchell: Coming here as a player, whether the team was winning or losing, I was always in awe at the fan support and I had always heard from the players that the organization was top-notch. When the job came open last year, I kind of got into the fray a little bit. Then, through a series of interviews with the organization, their interest kind of piqued on me and it got me here to Toronto in the final three in the interview process and I think I came really close to landing this job last season...
