Since there is rumblings about Vince wanting to be traded I and we need a center I saw the Raptors go after and steal Erick Dampier away from the Knicks. GS is not valuing Dampier as much so with use Vince to sweeten and seal the deal away from Isaiah.

Due to Toronto and Golden State being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Toronto and Golden State had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
