2005 Projections from 2004

Found an interesting page from nbadraft.net that shows 2005 projections made 1 year in advance

http://web.archive.org/web/200407010....net/index.asp

Wow, how times change - It shows Marvin Williams going mid-first, John Gilchrist going 7th and Taft going 6th and Granger going late-first and channing Frye second-round.

Just some evidence that this draft is wide-open and it will be interesting to see what transpires on Tuesday

Still thnk Granger is the pick - sounds like he would create matchup problems the way Joe Johnson does

Quick question - Anyone think Toronto should go for Nate Robinson in the 2nd round? Sounds like a energy guy in the mold of Earl boykins

Re: 2005 Projections from 2004

more like it shows 1 year of more in depth coverage, scouting, and workouts.

i'd only take mock drafts more seriously during these times, where eligible draftees have proven what they can do thus far and how they showcase themselves through just pre-draft regimes.
