I think the Knicks got worse. What needs does Q fill for them? He gives them more of what they already had, and took away from what was already their weakest point their forwards. Frye can not replace the rebounding and toughness Kurt provided.

The net will have improved the most if they just add any decent PF.

As of right now the raptors have improved the most with ready to contribute rookies.

As a whole the atlantic division is standing still relative to some other divisions.

We are talking about who has add the most skill wise not about chemistry. The Knicks then the Raptors. Charlie and the rest are great, but Q is an expirenced NBA player already with Nate and Frye puts them over the top.
