Which Atlantic Division Team Has Improved The Most This Off-Season?
The Celtics have added Gerald Green and Ryan Gomes.
The Knicks have added Channing Frye, Nate Robinson, Quenton Richardson, and David Lee.
The Nets have added Antoine Wright and Mile Ilic
The Sixers have added Louis Williams.
The Raptors have added Charlie Villanueva, Joey Graham and Roko Ukic.
There is still a lot of free agents out there, and a lot of time for some more transactions to occur. But looking ahead, who do you think will be the most improved team in our division for next season?

I think it's pretty close between the Knicks and the Raptors, but I think the Knicks. Just because they got Q. Wow, just by looking over this the Atlantic Division has beenn quite move wise.

Re: Which Atlantic Division Team Has Improved The Most This Off-Season?
Edit: The Knicks added Q, who gives them another chucker. They are a very guard-heavy team. A frontline of Mo Taylor/Channing Frye/Mike Sweetney/Malik Rose/Jerome Williams isn't going to dominate anyone, and will have trouble competing against most.
The Celtics got the most highly-touted prospect but from most accounts he isn't ready to contribute.
Toronto got two players that are ready to contribute, possibly three.
Philly got nothing.
Jersey got a good shooter to help when VC and RJ are injured or on the bench and a prospect.
I would say that either Toronto or New York improved the most. New York because they got an established player, Toronto because they got better prospects.

The Knicks also added Channing Frye.
It's too early to say, you have to wait until the free agents are signed. You also have to figure in losses, not just additions. The Knicks didn't get Q-rich for free.
Right now, Toronto is looking like the best among this group.

Raptors probably improved the most this offseason, but I think the Nets will be the most improved next season.

We have to wait for free agency to determine who improved the most. When it's all said and done, I think the Nets if they can add a solid power forward will have improved the most.

bucks so far.
zero losses. big gains. and they're not done.
tj ford back -- massive improvement right there.
added bogut -- easily a top-5 centre in the east
added simmons -- solid, agressive swingman.

Atlantic.
But the Bucks should be pretty good if TJ does return, and maybe if they can re-sign Gadzilla, too.

Re: Which Atlantic Division Team Has Improved The Most This Off-Season?
Right now I would say the Knicks then the Raptors, but at the start of the season I believe the Nets will be the best improved. It looks like the Nets have a good chance of getting SAR and maybe Keyon Dooling, if they don't get Dooling then they might go after Donyell Marshall to back up SAR.

Re: Which Atlantic Division Team Has Improved The Most This Off-Season?
As previously mentioned, I think it is us, thus far, and soon to be the Nets. The Celtics are a developmental team and will improve as their young players improve, as we will. The Knicks are getting there but their frontcourt still looks weak, the size of their step forward is dependent on Frye.
One thing is for sure, this isn't a downtempo, boring, uncompetitive division. Amazing the difference a year can make.

I think that right now it's the Raptors... but that doesn't say much.
