The Raptors — at least the coaching staff — really wants to like Haislip, a 6-11, 230-pound forward, and they are familiar with him.

Haislip was originally drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks, who had Sam Mitchell and Jim Todd on the coaching staff and he did enough to become a starter on a team that went to the Eastern Conference finals in 2001. But a coaching change, a drop-off in his play and a commitment from the Bucks to Tim Thomas made Haislip expendable after three seasons....

When are teams going to realize that Haislip sucks?

How many chances do these players get before GMs finally move on to some new player, who at least they don't know if he sucks or not?

he's not going to make our team this year but maybe we can support him in a couple of years in the nbdl.
