-Good game between the Sixers and Wolves. The difference maker? Chris Webber. And it was something more than his 20/20 performance. During the dying seconds of regulation and overtime, Webber made key blocks and defensive plays that disrupted Kevin Garnett from getting a good shot. I don't blame you if you don't believe me, with Webber being associated with great D and all...

-Rookie Of The Year: 1a.Chris Paul 1b.Channing Frye ???

-Hold the phone. Kwame Brown, contributing? At times I feel for this kid for what he's been though. From failing through high expectations to having your *** handed to you by Michael Jordan in practices, but then I remind myself how much he's getting paid to be the league's whipping-boy.

-Who knew that the words "Boris Diaw" and "success" would fit together in a sentence. Big Boris has become as important to that team Marion and Nash, maybe even moreso than Marion.

-Gotta love that international flavour. The statline gathered between Okur and Kirilenko is probably the most beautiful line by a duo you'll see this year. It is a true definition of ownage. Good to have you back AK47.

-Have to throw this out there, to those who saw SVG conference of his resignment, did any of you by that stuff about him wanting to be more closer to his family? I sure didn't.

Is it just me or is Ben Wallace started to fade just a little bit?

It could also be Flip's system not getting the most out of Ben.

Re: Around The League: 12/12/05

u want to know slipping look at Garnett's rebound numbers thats whats slipping, and i think that against the sixers was an off night for Mr. Garnett. but the 4 blocks and 3 steals does make up for it tho
