Jalen's production won't go up that much.

What we're seeing is a combination of a player declining, and not trying that hard. So yes, he would be a better player for another team, but he is still AT BEST a 8th man on a good team.

He's just not that good anymore. If I'm a team like the Spurs, or Pistons.. I don't want him. He doesn't play within the offense, and provides NO defense.

Frankly, if you don't see his increasing need to push off to create a shot as a sign of him getting old, then he could be in a wheelchair and you will still think he is the same old Jalen.

That push off w/ his arm/elbow is all compensation for a diminishing set of skills... To begin w/, he wasn't the physical specimen that a Karl Malone was so his erosion would be expected to be particularly glaring/evident...
