Chris Kaman
I watched the game yesterday, and i was awfully impressed by what Chris Kaman can do, and would love to have him on the raps. do you guys think that we could swing a deal with the clips for Kaman, something like our 1st rounder, Joey Graham for Chris Kaman, and then we can extend him next year to a 5yr/45-50 million deal? I think he would be perfect to put next to Bosh and Charlie, he would provide that interior D, and toughness we lack and at a good price and he is young, so we dont have to worry aboout giving an older player like Magloire crazy money? What do you guys think? and i wonder what the clipers would want for him?

Re: Chris Kaman
I'm pretty sure he isn't on the market ... we would have to offer them something that would blow them away ... not a good idea in my opinion.

Re: Chris Kaman
not going to happen, although we can wait til he become a free agent since David Sterling is known to be a frugal person

Re: Chris Kaman
I'd love to get Kaman here. Been in love with this guy for quite some time. He's not exactly max money material but he is worth at least 10 mil per in my eyes. I was hoping for this team to be a big pusher in the Kaman sweepstakes next year, hoping to sign him to an offer sheet that the Clippers can't match. But as it stands right now, the chips are in Sterling's favour.
As of right now, once Kaman comes off the books the Clippers have enough money to either sign him to a lucrative contract or match any other contract teams are offering for him, even as high as max money.
Getting Chris Kaman in a raps uni is just another pipe dream.

Re: Chris Kaman
Kaman for Bosh
Just messing, but I don't think we'll be parting with Kaman anytime soon, he's one of the few legitimate centers in the league at this time.

re:1st rounder/Graham for Kaman
Unless there were a bunch of Centers in this years draft that could potentially replace Kaman there is little chance that the Clipps trade him. Can't go big for small in this league, that is unless the team has an abundance of that rare commodity.

Re: Chris Kaman
he's good, but the clips are very high on him as well. so we'd have to pay a hefty price to get his services

centres with his skills and potential are a rare breed
the clippers brag probably the best front court next to Rasheed and Ben
who in their right mind would trade him?

Re: Chris Kaman
I would start negotiations with a Villa for Kaman swap.
