D-WADE over VC again

I am not going to slam vince (this time) but DWADE is somehow the winner that VC is not.

I just need to say WOW about how wade responded after that game 1 loss... and thanks DWADE from us Raptor fans who want to see VC rot as TMAC has since screwing over the franchise - karma boys karma.

But let me say again how blown away I am by the play of DWADE ... I think he just became my favorite player.

Re: D-WADE over VC again

Yeah and judging by the amount of trade threads on the Nets boards, NJ fans aren't too happy with VC, that's really too bad.

I'm not bitter with VC anymore. I'll never cheer for him, but it didn't stop me from cheering for Jersey in this series (and being kinda happy with each shot Wince missed).

surprisingly after last nights game, I would seriously consider going with RJ over Vince, he pulled a major disappearing act in the fourth.

Re: D-WADE over VC again

Vince Carter is a heck of a player, but he just doesn't have that mentality to make him a winner. I think we all know that by now, it'll just take some Nets fans a little longer to realize it as well.

And yeah, I really like RJ.

I'm shocked. SHOCKED, I say.

I still hate the traitor Carter.

Re: D-WADE over VC again

So I guess it turns out the regular season isn't the same as the post season. What a surprise.

New Jersey is 1-8 against the Heat in the last two years. And Vince Carter is 0-0 in the third round.

Re: D-WADE over VC again

i've always like wade since his days in marquette. he had this explosiveness that i've never seen b4. i'm glad he's truly recognizing his potential.

on the other hand, even though vince disappears sometimes, u cant deny the fact that he is juss absolutely unbelievable wen he wants to be. if only babs didn't trade carter, he might've bought into mitchell's system..2 bad we can't turn back the clock.

Re: D-WADE over VC again

You guys should be mad at Babcock for making such a stupid trade.

But be happy now that you guys have Colangelo. I really believe he is the best asset not named Chris Bosh, for the Raptors. You guys are in good hands.

I wouldn't exactly call it a "stupid trade", but I get what you mean by that.

However, I agree with your second comment very much. The glass is half-full for the Raptors now.

ya, Vince has 10 times the talent of RJ but he has a loosers mentality.
Vince had (and still might have) better explosion than Dwade, Jordan, ANYONE.
Carter and MJ had a combination of size, agility, and athletisism that no one else has ever had, not even Lebron.
