Which is terrible news for Charlotte. Hopefully Jordan understands that he probably isn't in a great position to make the pick this year.

Charlotte is screwed. MJ is not a great judge of talent.

Sources in Charlotte have informed us that Michael Jordan will have a major part in deciding who the Bobcats draft with the 3rd pick

This guy should just go away. He's done nothing but tarnish his image since his final days as a Bull.
Imagine being a GM under him?

Re: There may be a Charlotte trade soon...
Jordan is the Isaiah Thomas of Owners.
He ruined Kwame into becoming a role player for his old Coach. The Wizards where horribably boring and bland when he was there. I shutter everytime I see a fat white guy whereing a Jordan Wizards Jersery.
Charolette was in a Good Position to keep on improving there team over the next few years. I think they could've just stunted that.

he actually didn't do as bad a job as many might think. he got the franchise in better cap position, by getting rid of Jamison and Juwon Howard, so that they could take a run at players like Arenas.

He got rid of Stackhouse? Uhh no...let's recap this for a second
Michael Trades Juwan Howard to Dallas
Receives in return Christian Laettner and other crap
He trades Rip Hamilton to Detroit
Receives Stack
END OF JORDAN ERA
Grunfeld Era
Trades Stack to Dallas
Receives Jamison

Maybe he has learned from his mistakes.
Although you could say the same for Thomas

Bickerstaff dismissed rumors that the Bobcats are looking to trade up to Toronto's No. 1 pick. That always seemed unlikely, since there should be variety of wing scorers available when the Bobcats pick third on Wednesday.

now i doubt that brevin knight deal is going down... charlotte doesnt need the #1 .. tyrus aldridge and roy all cancelled workouts so theyre just gonna draft whatever wing player is available at #3
