Robert Whaley waived
Sorry, Bob. No room for you in Toronto.

Re: Robert Whaley waived
6 years ago that guy was one of the best HS players in America.
Now he's garbage, all because he was stupid and got arrested for rape. Even if he didn't do it, he still lost his full ride to Mizzou, he's an idiot.

Well to be fair, that was after Stern changed the league policy on carrying weapons and KG could no longer distract Zach with his pump, uzi and couple M-16s.

Re: Robert Whaley waived
^ There were more incidents than that, although I'm sure a rape trial with a hung jury (no pun intended, sickos) is like getting a player coming off double microfracture surgery.
There was little chance he would make it past training camp; Colangelo continues to trim the fat.

Re: Robert Whaley waived
Colangelo with another great move. This guy is (was) the biggest delinquent in the league and has blown every chance he's ever had in his life. He doesn't have much skill to boot.
You're better off without a bonehead like Whaley.

Re: Robert Whaley waived
I bet it takes you more than five seconds to name both players in this picture.
