Trading #4 and #7 for #1 in this draft would be stupid. I believe it's a pipe dream by Raptor fans. And by that I mean only a dream that smoking a pot pipe could enduce

The only way it makes sense is if Portland wants Aldridge. Which isn't so farfetched, everyone is talking about his awesome workout for the Blazers which is up on the web. I still don't understand Morrison to Portland. I think Webster is going to be an excellent wing scorer sooner than people think. Aldridge could be a nice complement to Randolph, Randolph's got the bulk to handle the bigger centres in the league and Aldridge has the defensive skill to guards 4s or smaller 5s, maybe bigger guys in a few years.
Just a thought.

Essentailly they are trading Telfair + 4 for #1.

I guess I was right about Aldridge. Too bad that we couldn't force the issue by drafting Aldridge at the 1.
