Predict Bargnani's 1st Year Stats
BC said that he expects him to contribute right away splitting minutes at the 4/5 spot. Here's my numbers:
MPG: 25
PPG: 9.5
RPG: 6.5
APG: 2.5
BPG: 1.2
Towards the end of the season I expect him to avg closer to 12-13 ppg and 7 rpg

I think he can eclipse Charlie's rookie numbers. But it all depends on how he's used by Mitchell. I think he could realistically put up:
13-14ppg
6-7rpg
??apg
1bpg (he did lead his league in blocks this season)

I think Charlie's rookie numbers are a reasonable place to start (29 MPG, 13 PPG, 6.4 RPG, 1.1 APG, .7 SPG, 1.2 TOPG, 3.0 PFPG, .8 BPG). He won't eclipse Charlie's minutes because he's got a bigger acclimatization to go through and because the forward position is more crowded with the additions of Charlie and Rasho. He's a better shooter than Charlie is, particularly at the 3 and at the line, a worse rebounder, a worse passer, commits more turnovers and blocks about the same number of shots. So my guesses are:
MPG: 21
PPG: 10.5
RPG: 3.5
APG: 0.5
SPG: 0.7
TOPG: 1.5
PFPG: 3.7
BPG: 0.8

He only averaged 9.3 rebounds per 48 minutes in the euroleague. My supposition is that its harder for the same player to rebound in the NBA than it is in the euroleague, thus I dropped him down from 9.3 to 8.0. You might expect a little higher than 8, but anything much higher than that would be a surprise, in my opinion.

if he doesn't get more than 5 rebounds per game I'll be dissapointed. Especially for his size, I heard that he isn't a great rebounder, but at least 5.7 rebounds, come on! I hope he will score more than 10 ppg hopefully around 12 because it sounds like he'll be getting good minutes.
and he is suposed to be offensively gifted.
