Re: 2006-2007 raptors
no way Garbage man is that low in the rotation, he will be fighting alot of players for the 6th man. He was a star in the euroleague, he's bigger than AB.
I wouldn't be surprised to see him come off the bench for CV. Tucker is much lower in the rotation and Calderon, if he doesn't start will get the same minutes as last year before the injury. Maybe even more so He'll be like a 6-8th string.
IMO
6-8th strings
Graham
Garbojosa
Calderon
rasho's minutes will go down to like 10-15 if AB can start at the 5.

Re: 2006-2007 raptors
as of now, i have the opening day roster looking like this:
c:rasho
pf:bosh
sf:cv
sg:mo pete
pg: calderon
6th man: bargnani (filling in a role like donyell did for us in his last yr, playing 20-25 at 4 and 5 depending on matchups..)
7: garbajosa
8: graham
the rest i dont know..these are the only 8 guys on the rosters that pretty much have their minutes guaranteed already, imo..the rest will have to earn them...

4: Bosh+Bargnani
3: CV+Garbajosa
2: Mo Pete
1: A real mistery: hoping for Calderon to break out

Re: 2006-2007 raptors
It looks pretty good for toronto now they didnt really need Charlie playing SF i think TJ and Bosh can domanate this league in a couple of year they both were also in the strongest draft ive seen.
C. A.Bargnani
PF. C.Bosh
SF. Joey Graham
SG. Mo
PG. T.J Ford
BENCH
6th man - Joey Graham
7th man - Rasho
8th man - PJ Tucker
9th man - Garbagekdfl
10th man - Jose Calderon
11th man - Kris Humphris
12th man - Pape Sow

I'm a bit confused as to how Joey Graham is a starter and a 6th man. My lineup, as of today, would look like:
PG- TJ, Jose
SG- MoPete, JG
SF-Garbajosa, JG, Tucker
PF-Bosh, Hump, Mago
C- Rasho, Mago, Sow

You'd start the garbage man? Wow.
I'd def. start Joey at this point.

From what I've heard about Garbageman, he sounds like a guy that Sam is going to love. Sam doesn't love Joey so much.
I like Joey off the bench because he can play the 2 in spells as well as the 3. Bring Garbageman off the bench, he can only play the 3 or 4, not the 2. And obviously Mo starts at the 2 over Joey.

Re: 2006-2007 raptors
sam has instructed joey to work on his ballhandling skills.
I think hes trying to turn Joey into a 2 guard.
so my lineup (at the end of next season):
PG: Ford | Calderon
SG: Graham | Tucker
SF: Bargnani | Garbajosa
PF: Bosh | Bargnani
C: Nesterovic | Humphries
