I have to agree 100%, after reading the Wolves board I think it is them. Colangelo was talking about acquiring another pick on draft day this year and they have some good assets in Marcus Banks and Randy Foye. We just need to make sure we get this headcase off the team and with the FA crop dropping we may get more for him IMO.

Peace

hmmm..randy foye for mike james? i would love that, it does make sense, i mean the T-Wolves did trade the better player in Roy for Foye, perhaps that was our pick?

the lakers' "master plan" was to target next summer. then they extended kwame. i bet they still see guys they want--more than lamar.

regarding the wolves, they don't have anything that makes sense salary wise except for ricky davis.

davs has the talent but his attitude is a big issue. i don't think we'd want him, there'd have to be more. do you think they'd trade davis and foye or even mccants for james? i don't.

I think James will end up with the Wolves, but I don't think he will be signed and traded to them.

Given the Wolves salary situation and what MJ will most likely be signed for, I think it'd have to be a s & t.

Who else would want him though, Houston and Dallas? Both of those teams are over the salary cap, and Mike James would clearly have a more prominent role on the Wolves than he would on either one of those teams.

I can see Graham being available. I can imagine maybe Calderon, and obviously Alvin Williams' expiring contract.

But beyond that, i'd say the Raptors are needing to keep Bosh, Nesterovic, Bargnani, MoPete and Ford. (unless Nesterovic goes and brings in another big body, multi-player trade)

And think about it - who's actually available around the league that fits?

Would need to preferably be a 3 point shooter, and quite athletic (to be able to run properly)
Vince Carter?

Not happening, foye was talked about by some as the best player in the draft as of right now. I heard this espn guy talk about him on PTI and he made foye sound like a GREAT prospect.

Foye is better, younger, more mature, and not crazy. What would be their motivation to trade him for mike james, who they probably could just sign anyways. THINK.
