It seems here that Washington isn't willing to over-pay JJ. He's restricted so they can match, but if the deal is too sweet, it doesn't look like they'll rush to match.

Never thought of him like that. Is he worth overpaying and taking a chance? I wonder what BC thinks of him. Out of the free agent crop, he does draw the most similarities to Diaw... good basketball IQ, very versatile, athletic, decent rebounder, good defender.

IDK anyone who compares to Stoudamie. I think KG-Lite is a better comparison for Bosh.

Also Bargnani has a LONG way to go before he hits Marion status. Marion is one of the best All around players. Bargnani can score and thats it so far.

You'll have a very good team sooner than later but I don't think you can compare to Phoenix style wise just yet, even though your headed in a similar direction.

Jefferies would be a great pickup, but I suspect he gets overpayed by some team, probably not us

Washington said they will match offers around the MLE, so it will take a nice offer above the MLE

I don't know if Jeffries is a good enough offensive player to be a major factor on our team, but I wouldn't mind having another reliable defender until Graham and Tucker come around.

Yes. He only put up 6.4 points per game last year. I'd rather work out a deal with the Knicks to pick up Q-Rich and his ugly contract. He's good for 15 and a couple boards at least.

Jeffries is an interesting player, but anything more than the MLE is way too much for him.
