Are people down on Bosh because he is not getting time at the WC?
I have read on a few of the other team boards that people are saying Bosh is over-rated and is playing soft.
Can you say that? He is not getting any time to show his game. Brad Miller has been stuck to the bench as well. Does he suck all of a sudden? Now that we have seen the freethrow weekness of Howard come to light, do you think this will open up any more minutes for Bosh in tight games(if there are any), or will this just a right off for CB4?
I hope he comes into the season with something to prove!

People who are down on Bosh because of the WBC are stupid. And their opinion means nothing.

He doesn't get playing time because when he does, He is soft and does absolutely nothing towards the impact of a game. And Brad Miller is garbage, He's just filling up space till my man oden comes.

something needs to be said about getting into the flow of the game. hands down Howard is a better fit at center, but i don't think that takes much away from Bosh. this is the creme de la creme of the NBA.
PS why would the raptors want to trade chris bosh?

i've seen everybody been down on the kid, but the kids gonna keep playing, and keep getting better, really, i hope they all say that negative type stuff, because it brings that fire, as you saw vs. senegal.

Re: Are people down on Bosh because he is not getting time at the WC?
He's competing with Howard for minutes. They stated pretty early on that the big men would be asked to play defense and rebound. Howard is probably one of, if not the best big men in the world in this area. Bosh, although good, can struggle where Howard excels.
Bosh is primarily a scorer. But given the glut of talent who can score on the team Bosh will take a back seat. A couple of months ago we were discussing if he would make the team or not. Now that he's on the team people expect him to start and put up significant numbers?
Too many cooks in the kitchen for Bosh to excel at what he's good at, and he just can't compete with Howard defensively and on the glass....but who can?

Bosh is not a good fit for this team. His primary skill is being able to score efficiently, but that is not really the role that is needed for him here.

Re: Are people down on Bosh because he is not getting time at the WC?
Bosh is part of a core group of players that the Americans will use for years to come. All he needs to do is get his feet wet this time around and learn what it takes to play with superstars around him.
The fact that he's on the team and getting this experience is proof enough that Bosh is a very good young player.

I completely agree with this....I think that Bosh's talent isnt as significant especially on this US team... Like i said in some other thread (the one about bosh being a franchise player), it is harder for Bosh to do good on this team then it is for someone like Howard. Howard hasnt really been a go to guy throughout his career (not up til recently) while bosh has been playing a first option player (well maybe not because of mike james)...
When he does play he may struggle because he wants to prove himself that he may force plays...I knwo how it feels to know that you can do something and you look to prove a point but end up forcing certain plays costing you even more minutes.... With the game against senegal hopefullly he has proven himself to get more pt...
