Re: Finally, Chris Bosh busts out at the WC's
I taped the game.Everyone was very conscious of the way Bosh has struggled so far and they made a concerted effort to give him scoring oppurtunities in this game.Actually we treated the whole thing very lightly for obvious reasons.Basically did whatever we wanted while not giving extended minutes to any of the players who had been playing the most.Wade didn't play because he'd hurt his hand a little

Re: Finally, Chris Bosh busts out at the WC's
I want Bosh to do very well because a lot of people compare LaMarcus Aldridge to him. So GO!!!!! Bosh, yeah, go fight win, push em back, push em back, waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy back. And all that stuff

He'll definitely dominate if you're playing Southern North Dakota Junior College. Nobody on that team can handle Bosh.

I'm sorry I don't recall Bosh playing for the national team the past two seasons.

Re: Finally, Chris Bosh busts out at the WC's
Game was OK from Bosh - I had it on PVR. He didn't make one jump shot though (only took 2)
The 20 points was on:
- 1 sweet two handed alley oop where he reached back behind his head to throw it down.
- a few put back dunks
- foul shots ( including a 3 for 3 after getting hit shooting a 3)
- a gorgeous driving reverse layup ( like the one he beat KG with two years ago)
and general hard work around the hoop.
The commentators talked about him a lot how it was good he was making the most of his PT. Also how hard it must be for an Allstar and leader of his team to be on the beanch so much. HE was pumped up though did a little bit of that funny walk after one of the dunks. Melo and Wade were loving it and stood up cheering him after several of the plays.
They also played him with virtually every big man on the team to see where they could fit him in more. He was PF with Howard and Miller at C, He played C with Brand and Jamison at PF.

Re: Finally, Chris Bosh busts out at the WC's
I finally caught a game the game last night
Bosh looked motivated, and played well. He seems a lot more comfortable out there, and I believe the strong performances will continue as the gold medal game approaches.
His defense was also very nice, he challenged quite a few shots at the rim, and rebounded well.
Amazing what 1 DNP will do

Re: Finally, Chris Bosh busts out at the WC's
It's been 3 years going into the fourth and yet Bosh still continues to amaze me. Whatever adversity this young kid faces, he seems to get through it. It seems like Bosh has an unlimited supply of crow...
