If you know what you are talking about, you wouldn't call the Raps' current bench NBA rejects.

Re: Whos #2 for the Raps?
Since we dont have Charlie and Mike James anymore, there will be a lot more pressure on Peterson to step up his offensive game and he will since Mo. will get more shot attempts. Other then that with the team BC has made will give us a well balance attack.
Bosh - primary option
Mo.Pete-Second
T.J Ford- Third
Fred Jones- Fourth
Parker- 5th

Re: Whos #2 for the Raps?
Maybe I'm being biased, but although I agree that Bosh is the team's first option, in crunch time or last-second plays, I'd say that Mo would be the first option just because of his circus shots and I remember reading an article that said that last season, he was number one in the league with successful three pointers in the last two minutes of a game.

i think you unfairly forgot bargnani. i think he'll be a pretty good player offensively right away.
-edit....
....maybe even our second option??? crazy idea... but its possible by the end of the year.

Alright, I may have gone a bit too far on the NBA rejects part, but all of the new guys he has signed (outside of Parker) have never played a lick of basketball in the NBA. Do we have a stronger bench than last year? Yeah, we do, but that doesn't say much given the lack of players on the bench from last year.

You have the first two things right, but when has he veer been a second option? Last year? Nope, it was Bosh and James. You can flip those two around seeing how James was the number one option on most nights.

Re: Whos #2 for the Raps?
this is why we are the suns of the east. Who's the second option in Phoenix after Stoudemire? You may argue it's Marion, but then there's Nash, Diaw, Barbosa .. and maybe Kurt Thomas when he is back who all can score in double digits.
One go to player is good enough if the whole group can play as a team.
