Its still over 2 weeks from the official beginning of camp, but there are now 12 players accumulated in Toronto taking part in voluntary scrimmages.
Those already in town: Chris Bosh, T.J. Ford, Morris Peterson, Andrea Bargnani, Joey Graham, Anthony Parker, P.J. Tucker, Jose Calderon, Jorge Garbajosa, Uros Slokar, Kris Humphries and Fred Jones.
By my count that leaves Rasho as the only healthy player under contract not in town.

That is great news.....I don't mind Rasho taking a little time to get things in order, he was traded and played at the WC. This will go a long way in having the team gel more quickly....I hope this helps for a better start to the season.

I would love to sit in and watch these guys go at it in a 5 on 5 game....look at the match ups

Ford vs Calderon
Peterson vs Parker vs Jones
Joey vs Tucker
Bosh vs Bargnani
Garbajosa vs Humphries vs Slokar

Even Bosh vs Gabajosa or Ford vs Jones!

I would pay to watch a pick up game.

holy *&@%. those 12? chris is here? jorge? jose? mop? and 8 others? this year's already starting off on the right foot. there's no reason for them all to be here, i presume they just love to play and wanna get going. great news. i've never been so excited for a team.

Everyone on the team, excluding Bosh, is trying to 1up one another in front of Sam in order to get that elusive starting position. Everyone feels they're more deserving of that starting spot than their competitor/teammate.
