Re: Raptors on the All-Star Ballot
With CB4's early rebounding and solid ppg he should be a lock as a coaches pick. I doubt he gets voted in by the fans.

Re: Nba All-star Balloting: 2007
Looks like Iverson and Wade have the guard spots sewn up in the East. LeBron is a lock for a forward spot and Shaq is a lock for centre.
With Dwight Howard listed as a centre and with Jermaine O'Neal not getting much pub/not playing that great these days I think Bosh has a chance to be voted in as a starter. Edit: is Paul Pierce listed as a forward? If so he'll get in.
In the West you'd figure Nash, Bryant and Yao are locks with Garnett and Nowitzky looking good to get the forward spots.
Not much changed this year, IMO.

Re: Raptors on the All-Star Ballot
Wow, already? The season has just barely started. Great, now all the damn Chinese people get 3 months to vote for Yao. IMO, it's pretty stupid to start this early. Starting this early means that us (fans) just vote for the most popular players, not necessarily the ones that are having the best season. Take Yao for example, he'll probably get voted in the All-Star game for the rest of his life even if he has a mediocre career.

What's with all the Yao bashing? Is there another center out there that you'd rather sign to your team right now?

Does Canada have enough fans to make that happen?
