Raptors @ Grizzlies, Dec. 30th

<table border="0" height="38" width="540" bgcolor="black"><td> Game 31 -- 30 December 2006
Raptors (13-17) @ Grizzlies (6-24)
The Toronto Raptors lost last night against the Chicago Bulls and TJ Ford sprained his ankle, making him a game-time decision for tonight's contest in Memphis against the Grizzlies. It is the last game in a successful month for the Raptors in which the team has managed eight wins so far including several important road victories, almost all without that help of All-Star forward Chris Bosh. The Grizzlies just fired head coach Mike Fratello and got their star forward Pau Gasol back in the lineup. If ever there was a time for them to start turning their season back around it is now. The Grizzlies have only six wins this year, the worst record in the NBA, and have lost five straight coming into Saturday's home contest. When you look at their roster it makes you wonder how. The Raptors can't get caught looking too far ahead or they will drop this one. The game tips off on Rogers SportsNet and the Fan590.com at 8:00. </td></table>

Re: Raptors @ Grizzlies, Dec. 30th
This will be a memorable game in Spain. Three starter of the national team winner of the world championship in the same court in NBA, and with important this to say in the match.
I will get up a 2:00 in the morning to watch it live.
See you later.

Re: Raptors @ Grizzlies, Dec. 30th
I have a very bad feeling about this game. No Ford, no Bosh, no win.
Plus the Grizzlies will be motivated to win one for their new coach. The Raptors just have too much going against them to pull this one out.

Re: Raptors @ Grizzlies, Dec. 30th
Calderon is probably going to start and not Martin. The Grizzlies might have the worst record in the NBA but they still have a good team, and we have to stop Pau Gasol, and not let him get is post game working, because if he starts on fire, then it won't look good for the Raptors. Now without Ford in the lineup who is going to step up?
Also players like Calderon and Garbojosa will be trying to out duel there country teamate.
This is a winnable game, but we have to play good defense, and have every player to contribute.
Go Raptors Go.

It's prolly because it's a Saturday and it's a day before New Year's eve and people are out partying and ****. I've personally just came home from a friend's house...
Wow, the Raps were down by 24 against the Grizz? I'm just tuning in and they've somehow made a miraculous comeback, only down by 2 now...
LET'S GO RAPTORS!

Re: Raptors @ Grizzlies, Dec. 30th
Game over folks. Oh well, wasn't expecting all that much out of our boys with both Bosh & Ford out of the lineup.
110-104 Grizz/FINAL.
Damn, it doesn't get any easier when we have to face Phoenix next...
