Re: Raptors @ Celtics, Jan. 12th
I think we will blow them away with our bench in the 2nd quarter. No excuses tonight.

I just wanted to state that Gerald Green is the best dunker since VC.
Missed one there.

Re: Raptors @ Celtics, Jan. 12th
Well right not we're struggling we arent hitting are shots, and the Raptors are very lucky that the Celtics are stuggling as well, because if they were hitting there shots we would be down big right now, the Raptors need to smarten up if they want to win this game.

Re: Raptors @ Celtics, Jan. 12th
We're only winning by one point at half time, like I said we cannot take this team lightly even if there shorthanded. They still have something to prove. WE need to pick it up in the second half or we will lose this game. And please stop saying we're going to blow them away, because your jixing the Raptors.

Re: Raptors @ Celtics, Jan. 12th
I had a long day and this kind of game was not what I had in mind to relax by. That was eight hours long if it was a minute. Three stinkers in a row. We should be thankful we were able to go 2-1 on this road trip, but it doesn't bode well for the rest of the month, IMO. We'll probably play with energy on Sunday but if we are going to peak and plummet like this for the next few weeks we aren't going to dig ourselves out of any holes.
BTW, New York lost and we reclaimed first in the Atlantic. Go figure.

Re: Raptors @ Celtics, Jan. 12th
We missed to many easy layoffs Bargs, Garbo, we cant make it a habit next game we gotta execute layups better we need to get to 500 and the n over to be more than a 7th or 8th seed, MO needs to start scoring, if not than BC should perhaps push for Magette as with AP we have about the same D that MO is capable, just AP is a better scorer at the moment that can change but we really cant afford to wait too long.

Yeah, that was pretty awesome. The team had six blocks last night, is this team slowly becoming one that others will think twice about before going into the paint?
Also AP was a beast last night, dude gets better every game and separate himself from MoP with his more complete skill set.
It was nice to see the way the game finished last night, the last three minutes that is. Just last year the Raps where the team running around jacking up desperate three's hoping to get back in it. Even though things got a little panicky, I thought the team did well not to take any bad fouls during that final stretch.

Re: Raptors @ Celtics, Jan. 12th
Maybe I was a little hard on the ol' Raps last night... Detroit only managed an 81-73 victory over the Celtics today.

Yeah but the Celtics don't have Billups, who they've been playing atrociously without. The Raptors faced the Celtics at full strength.
