He just didn't think any more than 4 Eastern players deserved to be reserves. He put in Mitchell and Hill as coaches for the Eastern bench, and he also didn't put in Carter when Reggie and Kenny did, but he didn't replace him with anyone, so his list was:
Kidd
Nobody
Butler
Howard
Curry
Sam Mitchell
Brian Hill

Glad Chris is a starter. BTW, the all-star game east jersey looks sick.

I hear ya. He such an interesting character. I was watching a video on nba.com about the starters reactions and Gilbert was the only one that actually seemed excited about it.
He said 2 hilarious things, first he goes that he first heard when he was stuffing ballots for himself, so he didn't have to do that anymore. And second he said that it was like replacing AI in the starting lineup, and is glad he left. Haha, what a genuine guy.

Re: Final ballots tallied... will Bosh start for the East in the ASG?
I'm so happy for Bosh, he deserves the starting spot. It's a good thing they've finally started counting VC as a guard instead of a forward, or else Bosh would be coming off the bench.
Although it's too bad the East will most likely get their *** beat. The West is just too damn stacked.
