Like someone else said, Garbo should really switch jersey numbers once he comes back. #15 is bad luck for anyone not wanting injuries.

Just heard on The Scoreand RapsTV... Garbo underwent successful surgery today and the expected healing time is 6 months.

Apparently a broken Tibula, ligament tear and displaced ankle. I wasn't sure what a displaced ankle is, but it appears to be a type of fracture.
According to leading medical journals ( of which Crooked J has extrememly limited abilities to decipher)
- a common ankle fracture in which the fractured bones are not alligned
- its a condition that in the general public might not lead to surgery, just a cast
- that said surgery WILL heal it better and that is the trend in medicine
I guess that might be common knowledge for those of you that have broken bones before, but I never have.

A fractured fibula and a displaced ankle with ligament damage? :S Yikes!
The good thing is that the surgery he had was successful and I hope Garbo'll make a full recovery.

Six months isn't so bad, he may be ready for the start of training camp. I hope he has a comfortable recovery because the fall sure did look painful.

Not really surprising. Totti had a similar injury and he was out for about 5 months, but wasn't 100% for awhile. Who's going to step up?

Garbo was also CB4's back up at times ever since bargs was getting more time at C, I think now the back up minutes at PF should be Graham 6 Hump 3 C Rasho 33 Humph 15.
