i disagree wholeheartedly with this post. sure rasho is expensive, but he is a great locker room guy, a solid defensive presence with playoff experience and a history of winning...and it's not like you can trade him without taking on salary, so you can't just suggest signing mags to 3-4 million instead of paying rasho 8.
as far as magloire, i HATE the idea of signing him. he has been a malcontent all year in portland and he overrates his own worth in terms of money he thinks he deserves and playing time. and mags would want more than the 2 years that rasho has left on his contract.
finally, while i like the idea of pietrus, i would be very reluctant to sign matt barnes, who i think is going to get a big deal that he won't live up to.
