He has no assets that he realistically can trade without harming depth losing Calderon would already be a big enough hole to fill and this for a unproven player as well

Hmmm.... trading 2 backups for a possible stud sounds like a deal to me. Calderon is a free agent at the end of the season anyways, so who knows if we'll be able to keep him. Dixon and Delfino could share time as backup, and Ford can start playing more minutes to pickup the slack. The only reason Ford isn't a 40 min man is because Calderon needs minutes.
I think Yi has a ton of potential, and would be a rare opportunity to add a guy like that. Bargs, Bosh and Yi could a multi-year dynasty, and a rare opportunity to build a dynasty like that in today's NBA with salary caps, etc.
