86-67 Toronto mid-3Q
chuck just got out the salami & cheese with 7 minutes to go.
so that is now 3 salami & cheeses taken out with atleast 5 minutes to go in the 3rd quarters in the past 5 games. (can't believe i just said that, i really don't enjoy chucks terms, sadly)
however, what that does show, is we were definitely aware of what we LET the Clippers do, and we are putting away teams early.. you got to love it.
Jamario & Gerald Green have had a couple nice showtime dunks preparing for the dunk contest.

The Raptors need to learn to stomp opponents when they're down, like they're doing to the T-puppies tonight. That Clippers game was frustrating on about 10 different levels because the Raps HAD that game and let it get away. I'm still pissed. I need to talk about something else...
Moon's playing well. Ford should use this game to accelerate his return to game shape. Calderon should be sitting the rest of the way.

Calderon with 10 assists, Ford with 9... that's pretty impressive. I want Ford to get his 10th.

Tj being back is making a huge difference the differential of pace between him and Jose and DMart is ridiculous. I think he should be starting again once he is healthy but him and Jose should be playing close to the same amount of minutes. I think he sets a better pace for our team out of the gates then Jose does

Bargnani continues to play well defensively and is has made massive strides as a rebounder. He did a fine job on Big Al.
TJ, maybe my favourite player, is back. when he gets his shot back, watch out. man he can pass the ball.

the first 2 games tj played in his return, his minutes were basically equivalent to 1 games work at backup PG, so in what is essentially the last two ball games, TJ Ford has dropped dimes to the tune of 23 assists, and just 2 TO's...
little big man is playing insane, coming off a surprise return from injury.
