Yeah right as a #1 draft pick he's a bust.
BC should've kept Charlie V and drafted Brandon Roy instead of Bargnani.
I wouldn't be surprised to see him get traded this summer along with TJ Ford.
What the hell's a "Nancy"?

When you have nothing to say except for some type of personal attack, you should stop typing. There's nothing wrong with having a different opinion, but personal attacks don't contribute anything at all.

Re: Can Bargnani be our bad***?
Until he can back down a point guard in the post, I wont associate Bargnani with the BA word(s)...

he attacked me on another board first. If he can't take one, don't throw one.

And 1.5 years in, half a season in playing a totally different position, that statment is legit. Not.

So we have Charlie getting raped defensively at the 3, or destroyed defensively at the 5? which is it?
And no one knew Jose would explode like he did. The TJ trade was still a good one.

Thank God your not our GM.
Trading two core players when there value is at absolute rock bottom. Brilliant.

What position was he in Italy?
It would not surprise me if BC traded him this summer to correct his mistake. The Raptors could use an interior center rather than a jumpshooting center just my opinion.

BC still would have traded Charlie I hear he didn't like him.
I assume you'd rather Calderon be the point guard since TJ is injury prone
it'll be interesting what happens this summer.
Brandon Roy will be an all star for years while Bargnani is coming off the bench. A #1 pick coming off the bench if you guys are ok with that to each his own.

Sure it was.

Colangelo's a good GM. I'm sure not even a genius such as yourself thought
of trading CV for TJ Ford. You never know what deal a good GM can orchestrate.

Re: Can Bargnani be our bad***?
^ No way Bargs starts to come off the bench. If you are convinced that Andrea will not improve anymore and that we are seeing him at his best that is fine. As you can see from a number of posters here we feel Bargs is just starting to get it. Remember all those travel calls at the start of the year....gone....why....because Andrea works on his game and is willing to learn. In time we will see all those blown layups start to turn into a finish at the hoop and all his boxing out turn into rebounds. We have seen him take charges, post up, dunk in traffic, and make the right pass for an easy hoop. Sure we have seen him chuck to many three's when they are not falling and have unforced turnovers....but that is part of learning. Just like many(not all) big men in the legue it takes longer to figure things out...ask Jermain O'neal, Chris kamam and Tyson Chandler.

Re: Can Bargnani be our bad***?
is BRoy a signicantly better shooting guard than AP? that kid should not have been at the allstar game.
AB IS to bring that x-factor to our ream, thst makes us near-unstoppable. i just can't see it not happening.
he's going to be a tough matchup in the playoffs. I think we're all pretty confident in that. will he win us the series? he just might be the deciding factor - if he's on, we're one of the best teams in the league.
sam's put him in a position to be inconsistent this season (did you realize that Rasho hadn't had a double-double till yesterday?) but the italian stallion will be a well-broken horse by the time the playoffs roll around.
then we get to see if he can develop his big man skills as he tries to lead his national team to the olympics.
one day Andrea is going to be that badass. again, that's what we need him to be.
