True, its not his fault that hes taking the brunt of both ends of the court, but in reality, if we're going to win, we need that A+ effort from Bosh on offense and defense. Its a little unfair to ask for so much from a player, but thats the reality of our team dynamics. But like you said, we need to add pieces to help him out and increase the elite level talent on this team - depth is nice in the regular season to absorb the trials of 82 games, but in the playoffs, your stars are what carry you and we just dont have enough firepower to compete.

Re: Game 5.....do or die!
wow do we suck. We got beat by nelson and bogans.
Why are we not playing man to man?? What's with the zone, they keep burying trey after trey.
Time to let Sam go, if we wanna go anywhere with this team.
TJ needs to go as well. Jose is clearly the better point guard. BC needs to trade TJ and get a slashing SG/SF.
Our current roster looks like this:
Bosh, Jose and a bunch of role players (that should only come off the bench - this includes, kapono, parker, moon, delfino, Rasho. You ask why these are bench player? Well, it's because none of them can create their own shot. In fact, other than Bosh and possibly TJ no one else on this team can create their own shot.)
Bargnani--- he really sucked this entire year and the playoffs, but I have not given up on him. We need a coach to develop him (it really seems like a concentration / confidence issue with him)

Re: Game 5.....do or die!
Bargnani needs to go, he has BUST written all over him, and I think his stock will just keep dropping and will hit Darko levels next season
TJ is the only guy outside of Bosh who can create his own shot (Calderon can get shutdown by a fast PG), but he is too hot/cold and has a mike james attitude at times...dunno what to do with him, i guess if we should look to trade him if a good deal arises, but he doesn't "need" to go

Settle down your letting your emotions get the best of you IMO Barg hes the potential to be a 15-20PPG guy the problem is hes offensive game is VERY limited hes has the dribble drive, can create his own shot and his #1 goto move the the jumper the problem is when the shots are not falling its game over for him , hes has no post moves and no back to the basket game and because of that it forces him to hang on the 3pt line where he is most effective (when hes on) , Post Offense is a MUST to develop this offseason

Re: Game 5.....do or die!
Also, I have no idea why we don't run plays for Parker and Kapono to pop constantly off screens like Rip Hamilton...they keep doing it but our PGs (both TJ and Jose) ignore them like crazy and only pass to them occasionally

I've had this opinion about Bargnani all season...and I was supportive of him last season. But, I think we need to cash in on his "potential" and rob some other team blind with him. That is the best thing he can do for this franchise.

We do for Parker all the time, its that jumper he shoots from the top of the circle.
Kapono we dont because he isnt quick enough to beat his defender to the spot for the shot - thats why he only gets by with that pump fake once or twice. After a while the defense adjusts and force him to put the ball on the floor.

I'm willing to wait 1 most year and see what he can do with a post game before I go that route, post game opens up everything else if you look at players similar to Barg in paticular Dirk they always start from the inside and work their way out it makes makes there game easier , Barg don't even have that luxury he starts out and stays out lol...he has raw talent it just needs to be harnessed

What position is he going to play? As bad as he shot the ball all year (0.386 FG%) and in the play-offs (0.333 FG%), it's not his biggest problem. You surely can't expect a guy who grabs SEVEN rebounds in an entire five game series to be your starting center, can you? So, do you start him at small forward, like in the first two games in this series? That didn't seem to work too well either.

I don't think we can afford to wait 1 more season, his stock will decrease further. We need to get as much as we can for him while people still think he has potential
