The Kings need a point guard to play next to Evans who can stretch the floor and take care of the ball, and Calderon fits that role well. Toronto would probably have to eat a contract(either Nocioni or Garcia) to avoid giving up a draft pick or Derozan, but Calderon, Reggie Evans, and Wright for Martin and Nocioni or Garcia seems reasonable.
yeah i'd do that trade. we get rid of evans and wright and actually get some players who can play. that kind of creates a logjam though so we would probably take udrih over garcia instead or have a second trade to ship out turk.

Udrih's actually played really well with Tyreke this season, Sacramento will want to ship out Garcia and Nocioni first, likely in that order. To be honest, though, I'm not convinced it's the best possible deal for either team. Toronto doesn't really need another jumpshooter, they could use perimeter defense and interior toughness, while Sacramento needs a center who can hold down the paint and protect the rim. The Raptors are probably better off developing Derozan while the Kings package Martin and Hawes for a big(who admittedly may not exist).

I say no. You don't need that contract, for him anyway. Bosh is almost certainly going to go, so do you really want Hedo AND Martin's contracts on the books?

Re: Toronto is interested in Kevin Martin

i did say no to martin, but if we were getting rid of calderon for martin+nocioni+garcia then we win just by pure value alone because honestly i don't think calderon's stock is that high at the moment. kmart is overpaid but nocioni and garcia i find are a little underrated. nocioni will be able to bring some toughness and nastiness to this team.

Prove it? What is this, playground argument lol? I can't prove it, but I'm almost certain that Bosh will not stay on a team where he's no-where near contending, when he has more than a good chance if he signed with another superstar like Wade or LeBron.

If so than BC will trade him at the deadline or prior to, if after the season when b.c makes another pitch with a extension offer and he doesn't seem like he wants to sign he will than work a Sign and Trade.
There is no way bosh leaves without us getting something.
How long do you think Boston has left at the top there window is closing and teams with the type of team Boston has after ends up like Pistons, many good players but all or most hurt.
Say Hedu gets things together and starts avg 14 PPG 4 assists 4 rebounds if so that would take a ton of pressure of Bosh and if Hedu starts averaging that daily we would be winning more. Asking guys like Weems, Demmar & Wright to pick up the the type of slack for Hedu is a bit much Weems is just a hustle slasher type player, very limited jump shot ability, Demmar jump shot still raw, Wright getting more rust off.

Had Hedu played like how he was expected to we would at least be 5-6 games over 500, B.C needs to add a guy like Kapono some instant scoring type guy or hope that the zone D can become staple of what holds this team.

My maib point man is there ius absoluetly no way Colengelo will let a franchise player go for nothing.
