Hey Liverpool fan, when is the last time you won the league? Your champions league talk does not impress me.
Fourth best team in england. You can win all the champions league finals you want. No one in England is ever going to consider you the top team in the world.
And neither of your victories over chelski have been decisive. So don't act like they've been. You guys just play for penalty shootouts in europe. WOOO exciting. When I say they are everything that's bad with English football, I probably should have taken the English out of it. They are everything that is bad with football. Negative negative football. No entertainment. Playing strictly tactics, and almost always for the safe result. You'll never be held in as high a regard as United or Arsenal in England. Or Barcelona and Madrid in Spain. At least as presently run.
I love how n'erdewell Liverpool fans just give up every year. United realistically had little shot at catching Chelsea last year either. But they put their head down and stormed to the finish. And that carried over into this year. United doesn't even accept draws anymore. That's as good as a loss to us. Whereas Pool is happy with the result. Look at that last game at Anfield. Liverpool was happy to let United leave with a split of the points. United was not. And they broke your hearts because of it.
Real champion teams are out there trying to win trebles. Not just Champions League games. That's the diffrence between "champions" like Liverpool. And Champions like United and Barcelona. Do you really think you're even close to the magic of '99 right now?

Not understanding why you're still going on about this. You realize this is the CL thread right, not the EPL thread? You answered none of my questions, just went on about your dislike for Scousers and Liverpool.
Man U's victory over Liverpool at Anfield was not decisive, but nobody denies that Man U won. Why try to negate that Liverpool beat Chelsea this year? You didn't give that argument when you mentioned Man U beating Liverpool at Anfield. Lol.
Nobody considers Liverpool the best team in the world and nobody has stated as much. What is your deal? Do you watch football? Because all you've said in your last few posts is how much you dislike Liverpool. Instead of acknowledging, as I did, that Liverpool is not in the same league as Chelsea or Man U you're still going on with your blind verbal diarrhea.
Please highlight where ANYONE stated that Liverpool were as good as Chelsea or Man U in the league. If you can't find such a quote, feel free to stop your ignorant ways.

Also, I don't believe it's wise to be talking for England when you're not English, nor have you ever lived there. Honestly, your words and opinions carry very little weight because you haven't been brought up around football. Nobody in England will state that Liverpool is not in the same class as Arsenal or Man Utd. Nobody. Ask any English football follower. There is more to the EPL than the last 20 years, you realize this, right? Liverpool is certainly in the same sentence when it comes to "high regard."
You seem to have only followed football for the past few years. ****, you're only born in 82! I can't blame you for not knowing about the history of English Football. "High regards" and class is not restricted to the past 2 decades.

EXACTLY. They are not as good. Therefore if they win the champions league it taints the trophy because once again a team that is anything but a champion has won it. They should change the rules of the competition and only take the league champions to champions league. When teams like Liverpool and Leverkusen are winning titles, there's something wrong with the competition.
I mean, if even you are conceding that Liverpool is not a top team, then what is the merit of their winning of this competition?

Busting your chops here, but you do realise Man U weren't Champions in 1999 when they won the Champions League? The beloved Arsenal won the Premiership in 1998. Does that make Man U's 1999 Champions League victory tainted?
