No, the Stealth are a new franchise, different owners. Several of their players are VooDoo guys who didn't want to take the year off that the VooDoo aren't playing, so they've signed on with the Stealth for a single season.

I just wish AK could get a few more blocks, assist rebounds one night and end up with a quad,or quintuple double.
|
Wow, that'd be one for the record books, wouldn't it?! The quad I can see happening before Andrei's done, but not the quint. That's just outside the realm of possibility, IMO; adding ten steals would be incredibly tough. If anybody in the League can do it, though, it'd be Kirilenko.

Smallest chance, but biggest chance for kirilenko. No one else puts up the numbers he does. Expecially at SF.

Yeah, isn't that amazing--that he does what he does without being built like a brick...um...outhouse? The guy does it all with skill.

If only ....
1) ...the Suns weren't keeping Nash and Bell out of the game against the Lakers tomorrow night. No way LA loses it now.
2)...our last two games weren't against a pissed off Dirk Nowitzki and the monolith that is the Spurs.
Gonna be rough as hell. All we can pray is Sac-town blows up tonight.

I dont think we will this season, but I have a lot of respect for this jazz team giving it thier all. They are trying hard to get the last spot no matter how far out of reach it is.

Yeppers, this is the gutsy Utah Jazz I remember. They may not make the Playoffs this season, but they'll die trying, and that's all anybody can ask.

Re: Game Thread: Jazz/Hornets 4/14/06
Well the Kings won tonight. so the next Kings win or Jazz loss and its over. but when it is over, I hope they still play hard, because they can work on jumpshots, free throws ect in the offseason, but they can't work on winning. also, I hope CJ Miles gets a few minutes.

Agreed, on all counts--but you know Jerry Sloan would rather have more wins than a higher lottery pick.
Stupid Nuggets. Give 'em one simple task, and they screw it up.
