The Kings slaughtered the Nuggets last night, and the Lakers dismantled the Nash-less Suns this afternoon. There's the magic ugly 2 combination we didn't want.

So done is done.

Now what? What should the Jazz do this summer to make sure our season doesn't end early next year?

Williams, kirilenko, boozer, okur stay healthy 90% of the season we will get in. the record is depending on the supporting cast, FAs we pick up, release deadweight, ect. Also, Resign Harp.

Yeah, I'm not happy with Memo playing during the summer. Sure, it's patriotic and all that, and his country's team needs him, but we need him strong, healthy and fresh come next fall. The Suns, Mavs, and a couple other teams have had the same problem, with their players running themselves down over the summer playing for their national teams.

Not sure what to do about that. I just wish he weren't doing it.

Bobby Jackson, okay. Good shooter, decent point guard (though I'd rather give the backup minutes to CJ Miles).

No way on Chucky Atkins. He was crap in LA and crap in DC, a total locker room cancer. He seems to be doing better with the Grizzlies, but I stilll wouldn't take a chance on him. Besides, why would Memphis give him up?

In the second half of the season the jazz were barely above .500. The team chemistry is improving with each game. One thing I have noticed in the last 10 games is that Deron would deliver some great passes and the other jazz players have not been ready for them. When stockton was here you had better be ready because the ball can come at any time. That will improve with time. Team speed and shooting should be the top priority.

KEEP HIM, I always said keep him (even when he was injured.) A 20/10 guy is very rare in the NBA. There are only like 3 or 4 averaging a 20/10. And boozer could be a player like that. He is a dukie that can play small Center, and Power Forward. Boozer has been averaging 25/12/3 lately on this little run we had when he was playing more of center position.

World Championship will effect him badly.But you know he played in the European Championship last summer.He was crap in the tournament but when he came back to NBA,he has been playing like real Memo.

With the understanding that you can't even mention Deron Williams in the same breath as John Stockton, your point is good. He's becoming a better passer, that's for sure, and he needs guys who will be ready and waiting for the pass, no matter where or when it comes. Some of our guys just weren't in the right mindset to be the recipients of those passes.

I'm sure that's something Coach Sloan will be addressing hardcore come training camp.
