OK, so the Jazz are out of the Playoffs, but as Matt Carroll of the Charlotte Bobcats said two nights ago," Just because we're not going doesn't mean we can't screw up someone else's day." The Spurs can't afford to take it easy and sit their best guys; the Mavericks are still fighting them for top seed in the West. If the Jazz come out and play hard, they can foul up San Antonio's post-season, and there's something good to be said for that.

Also, since I'm expecting our final game, against the helpless Warriors, to be a win, it'd be nice to beat the Spurs tonight. That way we end up the season over .500.

Well, that was a friggin' disaster. Bet Jerry Sloan's not thrilled with the lack of effort.

As for 'Tag...Good. Only thing I don't like is that he's retiring in a Jazz uniform. Wish he'd quit after last year. Let the Kings claim him.
