he shouldn't leave until he has at least 20 seasons. That is a long time to be a coach for 1 team in the NBA.

He will win it when the jazz get 50 wins next season.

If the Jazz get 50+ and win the division than yeah he would definatly get it. but as we all know someone like Bernie Bickerstaff can get the Hornets 30 wins and win it. look at how often that has happened to Sloan.

he should of got it the year after malone and stockton left where the jazz went 42-40 with a bunch of nobodys and that was the year kirilenko starting to shine and had the all star season.

Just a tiny nitpick: Bickerstaff coaches the Charlotte Bobcats. My favorite coach, after Sloan and D'Antoni.
