Re: Boozer to Stay or Go?

It would be pretty tough to pry jefferson away from New Jersey. And Kenyon Martin already passed on the jazz for the nuggets. Whats more is that he is banged up.

Re: Boozer to Stay or Go?

I agree, nets wont break their 3 of kidd, carter, and jefferson without getting a ignormous offer which the jazz dont have. And Boozer>Kmart. We dont need a player like that, because he will be out in a month after the first fight he gets into it with sloan.

Re: Boozer to Stay or Go?

Imho Boozer is simply one of the best players in the league.
My only concern about him is about his long-term, often mysterious injuries.
What do you think about the upcomoing season? Will he manage to stay healthy for 70-75 games in the Jazz campaign? If it happens, I think Utah are definterly going to make the playoffs.

The thing is, the kind of injury he had you can't tell if he is hurt or not. But if he was faking, dont you think the jazz management would be that stupid? They would know if he is faking by their expert training staff they have working out with him every day. I mean, a complete idiot woudl of traded boozer if he was faking. So that's why I think he wasn't faking because of that. He will be able to play that many games at least. And hopefully the same with kirilenko.

Re: Boozer to Stay or Go?

Trading Boozer would be a huge mistake, IMO. He is a very talented, efficient player. He could be a HUGE part of us returning to the top-tier echelon of the NBA.

All we need in our front-court is one more athlete. That's it. We've got the SG/SF/PF/Hell-raiser do it all guy in Kirilenko, the smooth skilled Okur, the more physical/scoring oriented Boozer. Throw in some strictly in-the-paint athleticism, and I think we'd have one of the best if not THE best frontcourts in the league for a long, long time. I'm not talking a Chris Bosh/Dwight Howard young star either. I think somebody cheap, like Tyson Chandler, Hilton Armstrong, Saer Sene, etc. Somebody who can board, alter shots, and give us an athletic spark a few times a game.
