Re: The Ruumblings are Gettting Louder
Dont get any articles on boozer from cleveland or the state of ohio. THey will of course only tell the negatives. To uplift their team. In reality, they would still want boozer. Gooden is not a boozer.

Right, but if he's solid, we want him bruising here. If he's not, why would anybody want him at all?

Boozer is going to be an all star next season if he stays 95% healthy. He has so much potential at a young age.

What do you see as the chance Boozer will be healthy for 95% of next year? Same question with regard to Kirilenko.
I wish I thought either one was a lock for remaining strong throughout the season. Unfortunately neither has a great history of being well enough to play for very many games in a row.

I hope so too. This is soooo doable if they stay healthy.

Re: The Ruumblings are Gettting Louder
The only reason Kirilenko is hurt all the time is because he's so skinny, and his play style is so wild and unconventional. It's not surprising to see minor back injuries occur here and there with the way he plays.
Boozer I think has just had a string of bad luck. He didn't miss many games at all in Cleveland (under 10 if I'm remembering right), but when he's healthy he's a great player. If his defense steps up he could be top 5 PF in the league, and that's really saying something considering the era of PF's we are in right now.

Re: The Ruumblings are Gettting Louder
That's what i have been preaching. Boozer is a good player around the basket that I could see shooint 60 percent close game and 40 percent jump shooting. He needs some help improvingh his defense. We saw at the end of the year what thge lineup could do. We just need to add a SG so we can make our bench deeper with harpring coming off the bench rather than starting.

Re: The Ruumblings are Gettting Louder
Welcome to the forums Prometheus. I agree, they do have young talent. We have a PG that can shoot the 3 ball, now if we had a SG that can shoot the 3 ball. We will have 3 outside threats (Williams, SG, Okur) and 3 inside threats (Boozer, Kirilenko, Okur). Bring in harpring from the bench would bring in an outside shot too. With giricek/brown coming off the bench. Then we would have to look into getting a SG to backup williams.

Re: The Ruumblings are Gettting Louder
Harpring shot well from 3 last year. I'm still convinced that Giricek is a great 3PT shooter when he's healthy, which he wasn't all of last season.

Harpring is like kirilenko when it comes to shooting the 3. Too inconsistant to do it all the time, but every once in the while they can fire one or two.
