Me too. We don't even need to sign any major players. As long as this jazz team stays healthy, they are playoff team. Look what they did at the end of last season when all the players were healthy and not injured.

Re: Harpring to re-sign with Jazz

I disagree, the Jazz need to make a major improvment. they were the 9th best team in the West last year, and I think they are 10th now. the Hornets have added some bigtime help with Peja and Bjax. Utah hasn't done anything like that. right now the Hornets are better than the Jazz, and I think as long as Sacto keeps their guys, they will be to.

1 word: Injuries... They had a lot of them last season missing boozer, kirilenko, harpring, giricek, few others for a lot of the time. Once they got boozer, kirilenko, harpring in the lineup they were winning games. That was without one our best shooters on the team in giricek. We were missing so much and was the best team to not make the playoffs. the jazz didn't need to make majore moves, they jsut need to stay healthy for 1 season.

Re: Harpring to re-sign with Jazz

So now it's official. Now I party!

Quote:
July 13

"Utah Jazz owner Larry H. Miller had a box of tissues at his feet, and he had to reach for them Wednesday as the team formally announced the re-signing of 6-foot-7 forward Matt Harpring to another four-year contract worth around $25 million."

--Deseret News

Jazz ink Harpring, add Fisher

Even if Fisher flat-out doesn't want to be here?

Where does he say he doesn't want to be here? He just said he didn't want to leave GS (not matter where it is.) But just because he is moving doesn't mean he doesn't want to be here. Until you can find me a link that says directly that he doesn't want to be here in utah.... well yeah.
