This next stretch of the season, with Kirilenko and Giricek likely out, could define the rest of the ENTIRE season for us.

I really hope that everybody can keep playing at a high pace, our defense can stay at least reasonable, and that the Jazz can learn to close teams out when they have a big lead.

Really, Kirilenko being out of the lineup is what caused us to miss the playoffs last season. I think without him we were something like 2-10 last season? If we lose our next 3, I don't want the team to panic. Our opponents are not pushovers either, so this team desperately needs to respond, big time, or we can see this great start to the season getting flushed very quickly.

Darkwing Duck

Don't know how long he's going to be out.

I had a bad ankle sprain about three years ago where I couldn't put pressure on it for about five to six hours, pretty much the rest of the day. Without top notch medical science, just ice+heat+ace bandage, I was healed in two weeks, could play basketball in ten days.

So even at that schedule, that's only four games. Maybe it'll be just the one game against the Clippers.
