Re: Deron trade
If Yao and Tmac are not included, then there is no way to attain Deron in a trade. Sorry.

LOL, closest you'll get to Deron is Luther Head.

Utah would never do that plus salaries don't match.

Not only would I laugh, but I would call such a person that would offer such a trade an idiot.

Iv said it before and I will say it again you have no idea the lengths I would go to get a pass first point guard.
Somebody who can utilise Yao more and be the number one player maker in the side so TMAC can do his thing and not do the whole playmaker thing himself.

Well, then you can forget about deron. He is #2 in APG of all players. He is the future and franchise face of the Utah Jazz. And all I am saying is there is no way you get Deron Williams unless Tmac or Yao leaves the rockets. Even then I would question it because of the past injuries of tmac and yao.

What lengths are you talking about?
Offering Luther Head, Rafer Alston and Bob Sura? And if that doesn't sell, then throw in Scott Padgett? That's not exactly pulling out all the stops.

Re: Deron trade
It would take Yao Ming or Tracy McGrady. Nothing less.
Remember that Deron is bursting at the seams with talent and he's only played about 120 NBA games.

Re: Deron trade
He isn't going anywhere ever. Utah won't let go of the new Stockton/Malone.

Well apparently the lenghts you would go to are fairly limited ... you offered up a heap of Araujo, for one of the top PG's in the NBA.
Perhaps if you throw in Scott Novak and a 2014 second rounder we can get some talks going.
