I like it. It's a low risk, high reward move. He could sit on the bench forever, or he could turn out to be the next Maurice Williams.

At least now they have some options in case anything happens to Deron Williams or Jason Hart.

But yeah, that would imply Dee Brown is leaving.

Nice pickup though, being 3 deep at pg is always a good thing (and Hart and Price are both second stringers, in my opinion).

The whole backcourt is looking pretty solid 2 or 3 deep actually, though replacing Giricek would help. Brewer stepping up (and Sloan letting him play big minutes, if he deserves it) would be an ideal progression. Morris Almond putting up 10 or 12 ppg on 45+ shooting would be another.
A combi-forward in the Radmanovic style (a shooter, basically) would help stretch the floor (and imagine the shooting lineup of Williams/Almond/Radman/Boozer/Okur!)

Btw, that dunk he had over Boozer was sick.
