He got a couple baskets on fast breaks, a couple sweet threes and mid-range jumpers off screens. Under Sloan, he's not going to get good minutes till he gets into the game defensively.. He has the tools to be a very good defensive player, but he's lazy.. That will change, I imagine..

Pavlovic looks like he is going to be a good player. I was also very impressed with his fellow countrymen Zarko Cabarkapa, but he was injured.

Pavlovic and Cabarkapa both can score a lot of points in a hurry.

"Europe, with FIBA rules, has produced many basketball stars: Gasol, Kukoc, Radja, Stojakovic, Nowitzki, Marciulionis, Sabonis, Divac… or Pavlovic, who could become a better player than Pedja, because he is a better all-around player and has better athleticism."

This quote belongs to Bozidar Maljkovic, a legendary Yugo coach who, as far as I know, has nothing to do with Sasha but being his countryman.

I think that the Jazz fans have many reasons to be very excited about this player. It's amazing the combination of physical gifts and talent this kid has. And he's so young. I just hope Sloan and him get along quickly and he starts playing on a regular basis.
