Sloan is pretty hard on Kirilenko - is that part of Sloan's plan to develop AK 47 or doesn't he like him ?

Kirilenko is not a Sloan type player because he's so unconventional and lacks solid fundamentals.. He has also not improved as significantly as the average young foreigner... He really needed to work on getting stronger, his ball-handling, and his jumpshooting.. it doesn't appear than any of those have improved significantly in the offseason (his jumper might be more consistent, hard to tell this early)..

He is amazing, but the only way he can be a franchise player is if he works on his weaknesses.
