Arroyo out two weeks
Quote:
Utah Jazz point guard Carlos Arroyo could be out two weeks with a sprained ankle, but DeShawn Stevenson is not expected to miss time despite leaving a game on a stretcher.
Arroyo hurt his left ankle -- the same one that sidelined him for two games earlier this season -- in the third quarter of a 99-90 victory over Milwaukee on Friday night.
He has played well replacing the retired John Stockton, averaging 15.5 points and 6.1 assists.

Of all the things that could happen. We've got a thin bench as it is. We can't afford to lose stars like Arroyo. (<- #1 Thing I Never Thought I'd Say)
Good job Lopez is the business!

Too bad he's got injured twice already. I was looking forward to his season after a promising start.

Wow, Mo and Raul were really awesome tonight..
20 pts, 9 assts, 7 boards, 3 TO's on 9-17 shooting between them, and more importantly Francis shot 5-15 with 3 assists and 8 TO's..
Raul picked up some cheap fouls and Mo got more minutes tonight, did a great job.. This point guard by committee thing is actually turning out to be one of the Jazz's strengths, when everyone thought it would be a huge weakness..

Yep, I remember at the offseason, everyone had a huge question mark on the Jazz PG spot. No one thought they could do the job together.

I'd say all 3 of them are solid with Arroyo having star potential.

Nope - he wasn't put on the IL so he can return as soon as he's ready. Anyone seen a status report??
